I had a flat tire emergency that I needed fixed asap. I don’t live in Santa Clarita, I had my little brother visiting, we were exhausted and desperately needed to get home that evening. I was actively panicking while on the phone with Grand American Tires and I was met with so much kindness from Sean. He was to nice and soothing which really helped my state of panic. I drove down to have them check out my tire and within 30 minutes they had it patched up and ready to go again. Sean was so amazing, I’ve never been met with such kindness at an auto shop as a young woman. I highly HIGHLY recommend their services and would gladly go to them with all my car troubles!!! Thank you so much for all your help Sean and the awesome guys that fixed my tire🙏

Wow, incredible service. As i was getting out of the car, the friendly guy asks me whats up. 15 seconds later my car is jacked up with the wheel coming off. Good price on a patch, and they were honest and told me it was just a screw head, and didn’t go deep enough to cause a leak. He even offered me a refund. Highly recommend.

Sean and Dave are the best. Replaced tie rods and ball joints quickly, front end alignment was the best I’ve seen. Excellent work and fair pricing! This place is a hidden gem!!!!!!

Went back to this shop for tires on my work truck and had another great experience. Sean took care of me again and honestly saved me a ton of money. I was originally looking at over $1,000 for tires because of the size, and he suggested going down one size since mine was more of a rare fit. That simple adjustment cut the cost nearly in half — something I never would’ve thought of on my own. No pressure, no upsell — just solid, honest advice that actually helps the customer. That’s rare these days. If you want someone who knows what they’re doing and actually looks out for you, ask for Sean. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Danny does a great job and he's friendly. 5 stars for him. I'm handicapped and unable to exit the car without help. Just don't bring outside tires to install. Management will get in a bad mood and ask you to not come back to their business. I found out I was the third customer on their reviews asked not to come back. At this pace there will be no customers soon. ❤️1
